Welcome to CodeGround! By accessing or using our services, including creating and managing playgrounds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

We provide an online platform that allows developers to create, manage, and use playgrounds for a limited period. Playgrounds are temporary environments that expire after one hour. Users can have up to three active playgrounds at any given time.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You shall not use the playgrounds for illegal activities or to distribute harmful or malicious content.
• You are responsible for the content you create or upload to the playgrounds.
• You agree not to misuse our services by creating automated scripts, bots, or other malicious tools.
• You must not attempt to exploit, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of our platform or other users' playgrounds.

4. Usage Limits

Each playground is valid for one hour after creation. You can have up to three active playgrounds at any time. Once a playground expires, you can create a new one, or you can delete an existing playground to create another.

• Playgrounds are provided "as-is" and are intended solely for temporary development and testing.
• Playgrounds are automatically deleted after 1 hour or may be manually deleted by the user.
• You agree not to store sensitive or personal data in the playgrounds.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of our platform.

6. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or security of the playgrounds. We are not liable for any data loss or damage resulting from the use of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeGround shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. CodeGround is not liable for any data loss, damages, or downtime that may occur. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
